Returns and Refunds
Upon purchase, you acknowledge that you have thoroughly read the description and reviewed all photos. I do not accept refunds or returns. However, please reach out if you are unhappy with your purchase.
Shipping
Please allow up to a week after purchase for me to ship your order. I am just one girl and I promise that I'm going to the post office as soon as I can!
US All items will be sent with tracked shipping via USPS. US shipping is $4.60.
International While I prefer to ship in the US, I am open to international shipping if the buyer covers the cost. International shipping will be delivered via USPS intl, UPS, or DHL. If the cost to ship exceeds the $20 at checkout, the buyer is responsible for covering an extra charges that may arise. Also, be aware that upon entry into your country, the package may be subject to customs fees. Customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer, as I do not have control over it.
Cancellations
Once I have purchased a shipping label, I am unable to cancel the order. Please reach out on instagram ASAP if you plan to cancel your order.
Commissions/Custom bags
I take commissions when I have time! I'd love to bring your ideas to life. Fill out my order interest form if interested. Due to the volume of responses and my limited free time, I will prioritize orders that excite me creatively.
How long will a custom take?
Customs can take up to a month to produce unless otherwise noted. I am a student and do this in my free time so please understand that this can fluctuate during busier times (ex exam season).
Pricing
Prices may change as I learn how long each piece takes me to make/how to value my work. Each piece is handmade; the skill and hours put in will be reflected in my pricing.
